If this guide differs from the official Rocket Digital Terms of Service, the official terms control. Review them before using Lirno or purchasing a subscription.
1. Agreement and operator
Lirno is a mobile application operated by Rocket Digital Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong. By installing or using the app, you agree to the official Rocket Digital Terms of Service and the Lirno Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not install, access, or use the app. Additional Apple App Store terms may also apply to your download and purchases.
2. License and restrictions
Subject to continued compliance, Rocket Digital grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal or internal business purposes.
The official terms restrict reverse engineering, unauthorized copying or commercial exploitation, interference with security, unlawful use, and infringement of third-party rights.
3. Your homework materials, prompts, and outputs
You must own or have the rights needed to submit any photo, worksheet, document, message, notes, or other input. Do not upload private, confidential, or copyrighted materials when you are not authorized to share them.
Subject to the official terms and applicable law, Rocket Digital grants you a license to use, reproduce, and display outputs generated from your inputs. You remain responsible for how you use and share them and for avoiding infringement or harm.
4. AI output limitations
Lirno uses generative and analytical AI. Results may include incorrect calculations, missing context, invented details, or explanations that differ from the method used in your class. The app does not guarantee accuracy, grades, learning outcomes, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Explanations, practice suggestions, and tutoring outputs are learning aids. They are not medical, legal, or professional assessments and do not replace teachers. Verify important decisions against class materials and school rules.
5. Subscriptions, trials, and payments
Lirno is free to download and may offer subscriptions, trials, or in-app purchases. Apple processes App Store payments. The price, billing period, renewal terms, trial eligibility, and cancellation information presented at purchase are the terms that apply to that transaction.
You can restore eligible purchases in the app and manage or cancel an Apple subscription through your device's Apple Account subscription settings.
6. Acceptable use and academic integrity
Do not use Lirno to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
Do not use Lirno to impersonate another person, bypass exam rules, submit AI-generated work as your own where that is not allowed, or otherwise violate a school's academic integrity policy. Rocket Digital may suspend or terminate access for violations.
7. Availability and third-party services
Lirno relies on Apple, cloud infrastructure, AI processing, subscription management, and other service providers described in the privacy policy. Availability and output can be affected by network conditions, service limits, maintenance, or third-party systems.
The official terms provide the app “as is” and “as available,” with the disclaimers and liability limits stated there.
8. Governing law and changes
The official terms state that they are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Rocket Digital may update its terms. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance as described in the official terms.
